Most of your hard earned cash goes on excessive wages for a handful of players and their wags. When you purchase an expensive season ticket or a matchday ticket, you are effectively pushing the salaries of players upwards.

You work hard all week, scrimp and save to support your team and where does the money go? On fast cars and flash jewellery for a player full of vanity and his high maintenance wag. Some of this money could be re-distributed in a more productive way (i.e. on youth academies - to bring more young players into the game).

It is estimated that the average Premiership player owns 4 cars. Most of the time, most of the cars will never see the light of day, they will be stuck in the garage gaining rust - whats the point!
